Small format, great performance: DVA MINI’s pitch invasion.
Modena’s Palazzo dello Sport, also known as PalaPanini, is home to Modena Volley Team, one of the most celebrated Team of Italian Volley Premier League. With its 5211 seats PalaPanini is one of the biggest indoor sports arena in Nothern Italy.
Modena volley has recently installed a new audio system in order to diffuse Team-speakers' play-by-plays as well as playback music during sports events. DVA MINI turned out to be the right choice for the PalaPanini.
“The PalaPanini used to have an old audio system with speakers hung on the walls behind the upper seat rows” explains Modena Volley’s Events Manager Elena Baschieri. “ We couldn’t hear recorded music properly, and our team speakers announcements and comments were barely understandable. From the box seats next to the playground, voices were completely obscure. So we decided to invest in a more efficient system. I was so surprised by the extraordinary coverage of such a small system. But here it is! Now music and voices are perfectly audible from every seat of the arena.”
The DVA MINI system is consistant of 6 cluster of 2 M2M+M2S modules, flown on the bar near the ceiling and directed towards the seats.
