Sales Manager Caribbean

Due to its continuous growth, All Music Group, official dBTechnologies distributor for Caribbean, is further expanding its sales team and is now looking for a field based dBTechnologies Sales Manager Caribbean.

Reporting to All Music Sales Director, the right candidate will be:

• An experienced sales professional (at least 5 years verifiable sales experience in the Caribbean Area)
• Familiar with Caribbean Professional Audio/Music/Live Entertainment Industry
• Familiar with Professional Audio product lines
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Available to travel in the whole Caribbean and abroad
• Pro-active, highly motivated and team-work oriented

Duties involve:
• Increase revenues specifically within the live & event professional audio segment, but also with the ability to sell the full array of dB Technologies products.
• Responsible for developing and supporting a dBTechnologies user network within the area
• Responsible for organizing product demonstrations or/and other marketing activities for prospects in targeted areas.
• Develop client relationships and understand clients’needs
• Ongoing engagement with the manufacturer

WORK ZONE: Miami & Caribbean

VIO Sales and Application Specialist

Due to their continued growth our distributor in the UK and Ireland is further expanding its sales team and now they are looking for a dB Technologies focused field based sales & application specialist in our live & event sound division.
Following the continued global success of the dB Technologies VIO product family, we are looking for a VIO sales & application specialist to build on the foundations and network we have already created.
The right candidate will be an experience live sound professional, with good electroacoustic knowledge, be comfortable rigging, demonstrating, and presenting products as well as supporting their clients in the field and with system designs and configurations.
If you are looking for a new challenge, have the ability to operate well with a high degree of autonomy, embrace professionalism in your work environment (but without being dull and corporate) then this could be for you. You must have a love for all things Italian, as the role involves working closely with the manufacturer and regular trips to Bologna.
Duties involve:
• Develop the presence of dB Technologies VIO family in the live & event sound channel, and supporting the development of the same products in the installed market.
• Increase revenues specifically with the VIO family of products - but also with the ability to sell the full array of dB Technologies products applicable to the live & event sound market.
• Responsible for carrying out regular product demonstrations and training on current products.
• Responsible for planning and carrying out the launch of new products.
• Responsible for supporting clients and the products in the field.
• Responsible for developing and managing the VIO user network.
• Providing technical knowledge for pre-sales engagement
• Understand and interpret clients technical needs
• Develop client relationships and understand clients’ needs
• Ongoing engagement with the manufacturer.
• Participate in marketing activities to aid the brand and product development.
