With a strong presence across various regions, we are now expanding our operations in the APAC area and are seeking an experienced Country Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the South-east Asia region.
Role Overview
As the Country Sales Manager for Southeast Asia, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, managing key relationships, and developing market opportunities. You will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and establish our brand as a market leader in the following countries: Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia, Taiwan, Laos, Myanmar, Papua New Guinea.
Reporting to APAC Head of Sales, the right candidate will have the following key
responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Southeast Asian market, focusing on revenue growth and market penetration.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning within the region.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to enhance customer loyalty and long-term business development.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and oversee pricing strategies to maximize sales.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and supply chain to align regional sales efforts with global objectives.
• Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets, ensuring consistent performance tracking and reporting.
• Market Expansion: Explore new markets within the region and drive expansion strategies to establish a stronger footprint.
• Traveling: it’s required to travel at least 50% of the time to visit clients, trainings, participation in show trades, events etc.
Qualifications & Experience• 5+ years of experience in sales management in the pro-audio industry with a focus on the APAC market.
• Current residence in one of the listed countries or willingness to relocate to one of those locations.
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics, customer behavior, and business culture in the above-mentioned countries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in a multi-country environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Language proficiency: Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
