On the occasion of the ceremonial opening of the new Gotthard tunnel, Swiss Light Gmbh Altdorf, Switzerland, has been appointed to direct the sound of scheduled events.
The engineer in charge Adrian Weiss selected a dBTechnologies DVA system for a 800 m long path at the side of the output from the binary tunnel in Erstfeld, Switzerland.
The system, consisting of a total of 40 DVA 22 DVA T12 and T8 divided into 8 delay towers
has voiced with balance a large area that welcomed in iprmo weekend last June about 80,000 visitors.
The sound has been produced with the technical support of dBTechnologies and official distributor for Switzerland MGM Audio AG.
