VIO L208, a system already known and appreciated for its power combined with compactness and a quality acoustic design, achieves another success in the world of the most renowned concert spaces in Italy, achieving the permanent installation at
Hiroshima Mon Amour, a famous club located in the heart of
Turin.
The structure, which is developed with an architecture of two levels, hosts every year important happenings in different areas of culture and arts: Hiroshima Mon Amour, was founded in 1986 with the aim of actively focusing on production, organization and promotion of shows and cultural events; its history tells the story of the birth and development of the national and international music, comedy theater and of the many talents who took important artistic steps on stage. Even though it loves the world youth trends, over the years, Hiroshima Mon Amour has come beyond the dimension of an entertainment space, becoming a reference point for major events and festivals and attracting the participation of public institutions, local authorities and partners such as Smemoranda, the National Cinema Museum, the Turin Film Festival, the Teatro Stabile di Torino, the International Book Fair, and many others. Today, the activity of the concert space varies from the design and organization to the preparation of events, reviews and theatrical seasons, and also nightclubbing.
The choice of the VIO L208 system was primarily recommended and supported by Davide Scalzo, owner and technician in charge of Microfase service, a specialized company collaborating with the venue since 2006 and representing also an important resource for the entire events circuit that involves, among other concert spaces in addition to HMA, also the Teatro Concordia in Venaria Reale (TO).
The configuration of the system was realized by Microfase service and involves a total of:
8 L208 + 4 S218
Modena City Ramblers’ live performances on December 28, 2018 was assisted by VIO L208 and the success of the six evenings held at the Teatro Concordia in Venaria Reale (TO) with the performances of Max Gazzè, Willie Peyote and Frah Quintale, supported by VIO L212 has showed the potential of VIO series
systems by dBTechnologies.
Considering the full satisfaction of these experiences, the venue owner has chosen VIO L208 with confidence and serenity, in order to receive a solution that considers the structural and acoustic peculiarities of the venue and takes full advantage of its features, as encouraged by Davide Scalzo, thanks by numerous technical insights and his decades of experience on Hiroshima Mon Amour’s needs.
The VIO L208 system is in fact characterized by light and easy to use integrated mechanics, a recognizable acoustic design, as well as extremely small size and weight: a competitive option for small venues that regularly experience large audiences.
