dBTechnologies Deutschland GmbH continues its strategic realignment and has appointed
Jochen Gotzen as
Technical Director. Having served as a Product Manager/Application Engineer for over ten years at dBTechnologies Germany GmbH, Jochen Gotzen steps into his new role with great enthusiasm. As Technical Director, he and his team will be closely supporting customers in utilizing dBTechnologies' audio systems and will play an active role in sharing ideas with the Bologna-based headquarters' Application Support and the R&D Team. This involves direct and close collaboration with the Italian headquarters.
Jochen Gotzen expresses great pleasure about his new role: "Contributing to new products and the advancement of the dBTechnologies product portfolio presents an exceptionally exciting field of activity. I am particularly looking forward to close collaboration with the Application Support Team in Italy. Together with other international branches, we are pooling our knowledge to give support to the dBTechnologies brand."

The appointment of Jochen Gotzen represents another step in the restructuring of dBTechnologies Deutschland GmbH within the scope of the company's independence. Shortly before the Prolight + Sound trade fair, the company announced its new structure, exclusively representing the dBTechnologies and Montarbo brands in Germany, Austria, and the Benelux countries as a wholly owned subsidiary of AEB Industriale s.r.l. Prolight + Sound 2024 marked dBTechnologies Germany's first appearance in five years, offering visitors a direct opportunity to engage with the newly formed team.
This realignment of the company is accompanied by further changes and additions in the field of HR. Since January 2024, Walter Pietsch has been responsible for Montarbo as Country Manager. In February 2024, Jürgen Höcker started as Senior Sales Manager North for dBTechnologies Germany, and starting in March 2024, Lilian Donat has joined the team as Account Manager.
