Last spring a new active line array DVA MINI  system has been installed at St. Petri School in Malmö. The installation was made by Magnus Lindskog at Max Pro Audio Sweden AB.St. Peter's School is one of Malmö's oldest high schools and they needed a new sound system for their large 600 seat auditorium. The auditorium is used for many different types of events such as theater, live music performances and conferences. The challenge was to find the right solution for a room with a relatively long reverberation time, and a balcony demanding an extended vertical coverage.

In addition to that, the School board needed the most discreet system in order to not to take the focus off the beautiful design and the unique details of the old room.

 dBTechnologies DVA MINI was the perfect solution: a new system that, despite its small size, delivers a considerable sound pressure. 8 modules modules ( 4 master+4 slave modules) has been flown on each side of the stage, achieving a quite satisfiyng horizontal and vertical coverage.

 The next problem to solve was the subwoofers. Magnus Lindskog chose 6 SUB 15 H active sub which have been positioned under the stage and a carpenter has been hired to build a wooden grille for the front edge of the stage.

The installation was very successful, both sonically and visually.
