dBTechnologies returns on the side of the young and talented students of
Scuola Alto Perfezionamento Musicale reaching its Headquarters in
Piedmont (Italy) for two days of lessons, trainings, and much more.
After the stop imposed during the last months, we were ready to continue our beloved partnership with a two-day full-immersion for the second group of young students of the "Sound Engineer" class 2019-2020".
September 27th-28th were the days chosen to hold that successful flash-training project that dBTechnologies is passionately pursuing together with the Scuola di Alto Perfezionamento Musicale di Saluzzo, a true excellence in the field of musical technical training.
The same thirst for knowledge, the same desire to get involved guided this meeting.
Marco Cantalù, Riccardo Vanin, and Andrea Brasolin - dBTechnologies Application Support Manager/Engineers - and Enrico Gamberoni - Market Analyst - illustrated the basics, principles, and secrets of the job with a consolidated and successful formula that provides a match between theory and practice thanks to frontal lessons + a practical-interactive full-day.
For the first day a detailed overview on sound diffusion systems was organized, while the second day was focused on live simulation with a total dBTechnologies VIO PA (VIO L208 as Main, Sub VIO S118 R and VIO X205 as front fill), which was set up for the occasion in the inner square of the former Caserma Bertoni in Saluzzo. The dBTechnologies team was joined by the valuable collaboration of Simone Squillario - renowned Sound Engineer and former student of the School - who curated and managed the outdoor phase dedicated to the virtual soundcheck offering young students his professionalism and high-experience in the field.
All activities were carried out in full compliance with the prevention measures ensuring
also the physical distance between participants where necessary.
