The VIO X technology makes its entrance as a PA among the elegant decorations and the wonderful wall-paintings of the Sala Mosca, one of the most prolific spaces of the State Conservatory of Cuneo which is renowned as historical heritage known for its typical nineteenth-century charm and for being an important venue for high artistic and musical education.
Quality, efficiency, compact dimensions, versatility, elegant design, discreet aesthetics. These are the essential values and characteristics that have guided the development of the project, culminating in the choice of an optimal sound reinforcement solution that would fully reflect the Conservatory Management’s and its teachers’ demands.

The idea of implementing a new sound system stems from the desire to give its hall a system capable of supporting the variety of events that it hosts every year respecting its aesthetic canons at the same time, as it is one of the most beautiful and evocative areas of the entire complex. Today the Sala Mosca is, in fact, a point of reference both as a place dedicated to educational meetings and school training programs and as an acoustic hall dedicated to concerts and events.
The new VIO X205 configuration has been realized following a lead that combines specific acoustic needs with the architectural identity of the environment, whose current multifunctional character is also supported by a 5:1 multichannel system, which could be expanded to 7:1 in the future.

Responsible for the realization, the execution of the installation, and the calibration of the PA, the sound engineer Riccardo Parravicini, who explained how the audio systems communicate with each other to provide the PA with the necessary effectiveness and versatility, "The possibility to have a separate control for each speaker through the monitoring by Aurora Net Software, but without an external processor, made VIO X205 the optimal choice. Each speaker has a separate signal that comes from the room's resident mixer, while the Aurora Software handles delays and equalization. The complement in use is the Sub 615 by dBTechnologies which is easy to manage and proved to be a wise choice, perfectly suited to the size of the hall foreseeing the type of events that will take place there. The management of the subwoofer calibration was carried out directly from the console".
