dBTechnologies Deutschland GmbH is being reformed and will now exclusively represent the dBTechnologies and Montarbo brands
dBTechnologies Deutschland GmbH, as a wholly-owned subsidiary of
AEB Industriale s.r.l., based in Cologne, the company announces a corporate restructure under conversion law, having operated independently since the beginning of 2024. The company is responsible for the distribution and service of dBTechnologies and Montarbo products in
Germany,
Austria, and
Benelux but will stay in the company Group. This reorganisation concludes the distribution of
RCF brand products under this new setup. With this restructuring, the company focuses on the dBTechnologies and Montarbo brands, implementing a separation that other international representations of
dBTechnologies have already completed years ago.
dBTechnologies Deutschland GmbH is restructuring its organisation and expanding its team. Walter Pietsch has been responsible for the Montarbo brand as Country Manager at dBTechnologies Deutschland since the start of 2024. Jürgen Höcker joined in February 2024 as Senior Sales Manager North, and in March, Lilian Donat completed the new team as an Account Manager. Additionally, the two companies are parting ways physically. dBTechnologies Deutschland GmbH will move to new premises, offering more space for meetings, customer events, and product presentations. The new company location will be announced shortly.
Harald von Falkenstein, Head of Sales at dBTechnologies Deutschland, comments on the new structure: "This change is a step that other international representations of dBTechnologies have already made. In this new form, we are additionally focusing on the market segments that are important to us: Touring and Rental with the VIO product family and Installation with the new IS series. At the same time, we will offer even better service as dBTechnologies Deutschland GmbH and provide more comprehensive customer support. With this great team, we will further enhance the market power of the dBTechnologies and Montarbo brands."

The first opportunity to experience dBTechnologies Deutschland in its new form live is at Prolight + Sound, where the company will have its own booth. Prolight + Sound, from March 19 to 22, 2024, Hall 11.0, Booth B10, and Outdoor Area F12, B11, Frankfurt am Main. At Prolight + Sound, the company will showcase many new products, such as the IS series, passive speakers for permanent installation, models VIO X206, X 310, and X 315, as well as the VIO Line Array models VIO L1610 in practical use on the outdoor stage.
