This year, SpeedOpening Fis SKi WorldCup - FIS Alpine World Cup Tour doubled the thrills by bringing together great music and sport: electro-dance band Planet Funk rocked Gran Becca Village in Cervinia for MTV snowball on the occasion of one of the most unique alpine ski circuits.
ATS Service company was called upon to set up a stage capable of providing acoustic coverage in an extraordinary environmental context; the team with Yuri Roa', PA Man for the event, opted for a combination of the two VIO line array systems paired with the new VIO S218F subwoofer system in a configuration of:
2 clusters, each consisting of 6 VIO L1610s, with 2 VIO L208s in downfill
4 VIO L208s as frontfills, plus, 8 VIO 218Fs subs were placed on the ground in an arc array configuration.
