Rodenkirchen Party Service has installed a new, high-quality sound system from dBTechnologies in the penthouse of the Cologne Rowing Club 1877 e.V. (KRV). The IS26T model’s fixed-install loudspeakers are in use, impressing with their performance, flexibility, and discreet design.

The historic club rooms of Cologne Rowing Club 1877 e.V. in Rodenkirchen on the Rhine are managed by Rodenkirchen Party Service and host a wide range of events, including club gatherings, receptions, weddings, celebrations, and other functions. To ensure excellent speech intelligibility and high-quality musical performances, the customer selected the IS loudspeaker system from dBTechnologies. With its unobtrusive appearance, the IS26T is particularly well-suited for permanent installations in multipurpose halls, congress centres, theatres, and other venues. In the penthouse, the models have been installed in white. The customer uses an AC26N controller unit from dBTechnologies for system management.

The passive 2-way IS26T loudspeakers are part of the successful IS series, specially designed for fixed installation in medium to large venues such as arenas, art centres, houses of worship, multipurpose spaces, and clubs. The model offers two different dispersion options: a standard constant coverage of 60x90° or a 100x15° pattern, which, thanks to the waveguide, allows the IS26T to be easily transformed from a point source to a line array system.
