VIO W12T is a compact, high-output 12” active coaxial monitor designed to meet the needs of most demanding stages. Delivering 138 dB SPL, the system combines precise 60° × 40° rotatable horn dispersion, excellent phase-coherence, and a flexible mechanical design. Whether deployed as a wedge, pole-mounted, flown, or installed, the W12T adapts seamlessly to a wide range of professional applications—from high-SPL floor monitoring to fills and distributed systems. Powered by a 1600W RMS Class-D amplifier and dBTechnologies’ Digipro G4 platform, the W12T integrates 96 kHz DSP with FIR filters, real-time impedance monitoring, and remote control via RDNet. Optional A2Net or Dante® cards expand integration into complex digital networks. Designed for rugged professional use, its low-profile, polyurea-coated wood enclosure supports multiple mounting options. With the optional U-bracket, it can be mounted on wall stands. It can be flown using the M10 rigging points for small installs. Pole mount accessory SA-WT for VIO W-series monitors is also compatible with the new W12T. RDNet
RDNetDigital net for bi-directional control of connected devices. The acronym RDNet originates from the development, on behalf of RCF and dBTechnologies, of a universal network which allows adjustments in real time and supervision of all the connected systems, using cables based on ethernet cat 5 wires. With the specific software and the interfaces control 2 and control 8, a complete command of the acoustic system will be possible allowing real time supervision on each electrical component of the various speakers. RDNet allows you to monitor levels, limiters, and temperatures, select system presets, configure setups off-line, Mute units, Group modules and assigning group EQ, delay and phase, test individual components, automatically address system components, tap into LAN and USB interfaces, extend the network via wireless LAN access points.
Rotatable Horn
Rotatable HornSpecially designed, rotatable high-frequency horns provide very clean and constant directivity. By rotating the horn, the directivity of high frequencies can be adjusted, depending on the cabinet being assembled horizontally or vertically. A great and professional feature for fixed installation purposes or when a multifunctional speaker is used as stage monitor.
