DVA S1518N

Der DVA S1518N ist mit einem 18"-Woofer der neuesten Generation ausgestattet und wird von der integrierten 1500 W starken digipro® G2 Digitalendstufe angetrieben. Mit der optionalen Flughardware SRK-10 lassen sich gefl ogene Sub-Arrays einfach realisieren. Der S1518N empfi ehlt sich aber auch als kompakte gestackte Lösung in Verbindung mit DVA T12 und T8 oder in Kombination mit Lautsprecher der DVX HP Serie.

Hochwertiger DSP und RDnet-Anschluss

Der netzwerkfähige DVA Subwoofer S1518N ist mit einem sehr hochwertigen DSP mit ausge-zeichneten Audiowerten ausgestattet und verfügt neben einstellbaren Trennfrequenzen auch über präzise Limiterfunktionen und Delayeinstellungen für perfektes Time-Alignement.

Ein spezielles Preset ermöglicht ein einfaches Setup zum Aufbau von Cardiod-Systemen mit hoher Richtwirkung. Alle Einstellungen können leicht über Drehencoder auf der Rückseite vorgenommen werden. Der DSP stellt auch einen X-Over Ausgang zum Anschluss der Topteile bereit (bei S08 und S09 stereo) und ist präzise in 5 Hz-Schritten einstellbar.

Mit dem bereits integrierten RDnet Netzwerkanschluss sind sie bereit für die Integration in komplexe, fernsteuer- und überwachbare DVA T8 und T12 Beschallungssysteme über RJ45 Ein- und Ausgänge zum RDnet-Netzwerkhub. Die Steuerung und Kontrolle erfolgt dann mit der PC-software DVA Network.

Digipro® G2System of digital amplification engineered by dBTechnologies. Based on the previous Digipro project, the newest G2 versions' efficiency has been improved by cutting down on consumption and heating. Neodymium TransducersNeodymium is a metal belonging to the family of the “rare earth”, a particular material which creates a powerful magnetic field once charged. This material, used in acoustic transducers, possesses a far superior magnetic power compared to the classical ferrite which allows its dimensions to be reduced, favoring its weight and space capacity.

PFC (Power Factor Corrector)The Power Factor Corrector greatly improves the efficiency of the system. Performances of the amplifier are very stable and consistent, regardless of the quality of the mains. This also grants a worldwide compatibility of the power supply - from 90V to 265V 50/60Hz - and limits power consumption.

Preset SystemThe opportunity of modifying the character and equalization of a speaker is a very important prerogative in adapting a speaker to multiple functions. The introduction of the Preset System enables to choose directly from the box the most adeguate equalization for the desired use, optimizing performances without the need of external processors. The management of phase, limiter and x-over will be modified automatically depending on the chosen set-up, preserving the internal acoustic equipment.

RDNetDigital net for bi-directional control of connected devices. The acronym RDNet originates from the development, on behalf of RCF and dBTechnologies, of a universal network which allows adjustments in real time and supervision of all the connected systems, using cables based on ethernet cat 5 wires. With the specific software and the interfaces control 2 and control 8, a complete command of the acoustic system will be possible allowing real time supervision on each electrical component of the various speakers. RDNet allows you to monitor levels, limiters, and temperatures, select system presets, configure setups off-line, Mute units, Group modules and assigning group EQ, delay and phase, test individual components, automatically address system components, tap into LAN and USB interfaces, extend the network via wireless LAN access points.

SMPSAn SMPS is an electronic power supply that uses high-frequency switching and control circuits to convert electrical power efficiently.
