Der SUB 918 ist ein Bassreflex Subwoofer und mit einem 18" Premium-Tieftöner ausgestattet. Er wurde für Stacking-Anwendungen entwickelt und ist die perfekte Wahl, wenn eine leistungsstarke Bass-Erweiterung erforderlich ist.

Ein 900 W RMS Class D Digipro G3 Verstärker sorgt für einen hohen Wirkungsgrad und Schalldruckpegel von bis zu 134 dB.

Der SUB 918 ist für die Echtzeitüberwachung und Fernsteuerung über das RDNet-Protokoll und die Aurora Net-Software (Windows und Mac) geeignet und ermöglicht erweiterte Subwoofer-Konfigurationen sowie perfekte Low-End-Anpassungen an die Fullrange-Systeme von dBTechnologies, die für die RDNet-Kommunikation geeignet sind.

Beide Modelle der Familie (SUB 915 und SUB 918) verfügen über integrierte Regler für die Dämpfung, einen Polaritätsschalter und DSP-Regler für Delays bis zu 4,5 Millisekunden in Schritten von 0,5 Millisekunden (während über Aurora Net eine maximales Delay von 21 ms zulässig ist). Die Einstellung der Trennfrequenz ist von 70 bis 110 Hz möglich.

Der robuste Holz-Gehäuse ermöglich beeindruckende Performance bei geringem Gewicht (41,8 kg) und verfügt über zwei integrierte Griffe, während die Rückseite mit einer Rollenhalterung für einen reibungslosen Transport ausgestattet ist.

Darüber hinaus ermöglichen die zwei M20-Gewinde den vertikalen als auch den horizontalen Einsatz und zusammen mit jeder Art von Fullrange-Lautsprechern, die mit einem Standard-M20-Gewinde ausgestattet sind.

Digipro® G3System of digital amplification engineered by dBTechnologies. Based on the previous Digipro projects, completely re-designed, lighter in weight and more efficient, new Heatsink, newest components which maximize the power with a lower consumption.

RDNetDigital net for bi-directional control of connected devices. The acronym RDNet originates from the development, on behalf of RCF and dBTechnologies, of a universal network which allows adjustments in real time and supervision of all the connected systems, using cables based on ethernet cat 5 wires. With the specific software and the interfaces control 2 and control 8, a complete command of the acoustic system will be possible allowing real time supervision on each electrical component of the various speakers. RDNet allows you to monitor levels, limiters, and temperatures, select system presets, configure setups off-line, Mute units, Group modules and assigning group EQ, delay and phase, test individual components, automatically address system components, tap into LAN and USB interfaces, extend the network via wireless LAN access points.
