Die L160D ist ein leistungsstarker, leichter Kompaktlautsprecher und bietet vielfältige Anschlussmöglichkeiten und einfachste Handhabung für multimediale Beschallungsaufgaben.
Der vergleichsweise hohe Schalldruck wird durch zwei phasenkorrigierte 5” Lautsprecher erzielt, die sich dank digitalen Soundprozessor (DSP) durch einen brillianten Sound mit hoher Sprachverständlichkeit auszeichnen.

Einer der beiden 5" Lautsprecher ist als coaxial- System mit einem Dome Tweeter mit Hornvorsatz ausgeführt, was zu einer sehr gleichförmigen und kontrollierten Wiedergabe des Hochtones führt.

Der integrierte DSP bietet 8 vorgegebene Einstellungen zur Optimierung der Wiedergabe- Eigenschaften: "Live, Playback, Stage Monitor, Male, Female, Studio Monitor, Autoloudness und eine kompatible Entzerrung zum analogen Vorgängermodell L160.

Der Vorverstärker bietet zwei getrennte Eingänge, deren Lautstärke unabhängig geregelt werden kann: Line/ Mic als XLR und Klinke ausgeführt, sowie AUX mit Cinch RCA Buchsen.

Das multifunktionale Gehäuse bietet Befestigungspunkte für Wandhalter zur Festinstallation und Hochständerflansche bzw. einen L-Bügel (WB11) für den mobilen Einsatz, was sie besonders als vielseitiges Werkzeug für professionelle Beschallungsaufgaben auszeichnet.

Preset SystemThe opportunity of modifying the character and equalization of a speaker is a very important prerogative in adapting a speaker to multiple functions. The introduction of the Preset System enables to choose directly from the box the most adeguate equalization for the desired use, optimizing performances without the need of external processors. The management of phase, limiter and x-over will be modified automatically depending on the chosen set-up, preserving the internal acoustic equipment.
