VIO L1608 è un modulo line array attivo a 3-vie, tri-amplificato, che offre un’elevata pressione sonora, chiarezza raffinata e copertura uniforme, a partire da un ingombro sorprendentemente compatto. Il modulo rappresenta un’evoluzione della ricerca dBTechnologies sull’architettura acustica a scala di precisione, ovvero portare le prestazioni di un sistema a tre vie in un cabinet delle dimensioni di un tradizionale line array a 2-vie con doppio 8".

Il cabinet integra due woofer LF al neodimio da 8" e un driver coassiale MF–HF, con un punto di crossover basso intorno ai 600 Hz, montato su una guida d’onda ottimizzata che garantisce una risposta orizzontale stabile e una resa naturale delle medie frequenze su tutta l’area di ascolto. La geometria Side-Firing Bassflex Port migliora il flusso d’aria interno e il carico acustico, supportando prestazioni in uscita che superano ampiamente le aspettative rispetto al volume fisico ridotto del cabinet.

Progettato per rispondere alle reali esigenze delle produzioni live, touring e a progetti di installazione di alto profilo, VIO L1608 integra diversi principi ingegneristici che hanno contribuito al successo di VIO L1610, qui adattati alla piattaforma con doppi 8". Tra questi figurano una protezione ambientale migliorata, un sistema di rigging a 3 punti ottimizzato per una messa in opera più rapida e tecnologie VIO di ultima generazione come l’integrazione dell’inclinometro, i preamplificatori optoisolati, il posizionamento assistito tramite NFC e un LED frontale ID ad alta luminosità per il posizionamento e l’identificazione.

Per la prima volta in un modulo VIO, il pluripremiato protocollo A2Net è incluso come dotazione standard, consentendo la distribuzione audio digitale ad alta risoluzione e il controllo completo tramite Aurora Net. Come parte dell’ecosistema VIO, L1608 beneficia di risposta in fase, latenza e sensibilità allineate tra sistemi che utilizzano firmware 2.0 o successivo, permettendo un’integrazione perfettamente coerente con VIO L1610, VIO L212 e altri moduli della piattaforma.

Il nuovo flybar DRK-28 supporta sia configurazioni sospese sia ground-stacked e può essere trasportato su dolly, semplificando la logistica e rafforzando un workflow di deployment unificato.

Grazie alla sua architettura acustica distintiva, all’ingombro sorprendentemente ottimizzato e all’elevata pressione sonora, VIO L1608 rappresenta un’evoluzione nella sonorizzazione professionale compatta.

Neodymium TransducersNeodymium is a metal belonging to the family of the “rare earth”, a particular material which creates a powerful magnetic field once charged. This material, used in acoustic transducers, possesses a far superior magnetic power compared to the classical ferrite which allows its dimensions to be reduced, favoring its weight and space capacity.
NFC and LED
NFC and LEDNear Field Communication proximity sensors are used to determine the position of each box within an array. This technology, together with a hi-brightness LED bulb on the front of the enclosure, contributes to help the user to recognize and match each box with their position on the remote control software.
