At dBTechnologies, every product starts with a meticulously crafted mechanical and acoustic design. Our in-house team of engineers develops every structural element—from enclosures to rigging systems—ensuring durability, efficiency, and optimal acoustic performance. Using advanced simulations and CAD modeling, we fine-tune every detail before moving to the next phase, guaranteeing that each design is optimized from the start.
Prototyping is a hands-on process, fully managed within our R&D department. Equipped with carpentry, metalworking stations, and 3D printing technologies, we build and refine prototypes entirely in-house. This ensures that our designs are not only functional but also manufacturable and road-ready. By keeping the prototyping process under our roof, we maintain full creative and technical control, allowing for rapid adjustments and refinements.
The sonic identity of dBTechnologies is crafted and perfected in-house. Our acoustics lab is where each product undergoes detailed measurements, simulations, and extensive listening tests. No software can replace human perception—our engineers combine technical precision with expert listening to fine-tune each system’s clarity, power, and warmth. This hands-on process ensures that every dBTechnologies product meets the highest audio standards before reaching the market.
All electronics are developed within our own facilities, from pre-amplifiers to high-efficiency power modules. Our dedicated electronic design unit is equipped with a state-of-the-art assembly line, including a pick & place machine, allowing us to rapidly produce and test amplifier prototypes. By keeping the entire process in-house, we guarantee that our hardware and firmware work seamlessly together, optimizing performance, energy efficiency, and long-term reliability.
Our software team is responsible for designing and continuously improving Aurora Net, dBTechnologies’ proprietary monitoring and control software. This in-house team ensures that our products are not only powerful but also intuitive to manage. From low-level communication protocols to graphical user interfaces, every aspect of our software is built internally, guaranteeing full compatibility, fast updates, and seamless user experience.
