dBTechnologies Academy: first workshop at SAE Institute Milano

The dBTechnologies Academy makes its debut at SAE Institute Milano with a hands-on workshop on professional audio systems, led by Marco Cantalù.

dBTechnologies strengthens its commitment to technical education with a new stop of the dBTechnologies Academy at the SAE Institute Milano, an internationally recognized institution for audio engineering education that for over 50 years has been preparing audio professionals through highly practical programs, professional recording studios, and a teaching approach aligned with the real needs of the music and live industry.

In this context, Marco Cantalù led a workshop focused on the management and design of P.A. systems and Line Array setups for students of the Multimedia Installations course, providing a hands-on deep dive into system design techniques, performance optimization, and the proper use of professional audio systems in real-world scenarios. The initiative is part of the broader dBTechnologies Academy project, a structured program that goes beyond a single event and aims to train the next generation of audio engineers through workshops, specialized training sessions, and direct interaction with industry professionals, creating a strong connection between education and the professional world while delivering skills that can be immediately applied in live and installation contexts.

At the end of the workshop, all participants received a certificate of attendance, highlighting the educational value of the experience and the shared commitment to developing new professionals in the audio sector.

Special thanks go to the SAE Institute Milano for their hospitality and collaboration, which made it possible to host the event in a highly professional and inspiring environment, encouraging direct and meaningful exchange between students and industry experts. dBTechnologies looks forward to future collaborations, with the goal of continuing to develop increasingly practical training opportunities aligned with the evolving needs of the professional audio industry.
